By using "Space Empire," you agree to the terms below.

Account

An account is created automatically on first launch, with no password. Linking an Apple/Google account and adding an email are optional recovery methods. You're responsible for the device you play on — losing that device without a linked recovery method means losing your progress.

Virtual currency and purchases

Crystals and other in-game resources have no real-world monetary value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your legal property — they're a license to use within the game. Real-money purchases (where available) are processed through the App Store/Google Play under their own terms and refund policies.

Prohibited conduct

Not allowed: cheats, bots, exploiting bugs, running multiple accounts for unfair advantage, or abusive chat behavior. Violations may result in an account ban without prior warning, at our discretion.

Service availability

The game is provided "as is." We may temporarily take the server down for maintenance (with an in-game warning when possible), and may change or discontinue individual features. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This action is irreversible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the new version.
